Start with the AI Evidence Pack if an insurer, a regulator or a client has asked how the firm uses AI and you need a written answer soon. It stands on its own and doesn't commit you to anything else.
Choose Embedded Head of Digital if the problem is wider than AI: nobody owns the website, Microsoft 365 and IT suppliers, client data sits in spreadsheets and inboxes, or the annual regulatory return takes someone a week. The first month is spent finding out exactly what needs doing, and you get that in writing.
Choose a Build if you already know the system you need, such as a CRM or a client portal, and you want a fixed price for it.
