Who is responsible

Wolsten Studios Ltd determines how the information described in this policy is used. It is a company registered in Cyprus (company no. HE485976) and based in Larnaca. Wolsten Studios is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC142265; the registration expires on 07 May 2027.

Project conversations

Conversation messages are sent to the Wolsten Studios server so the project guide can screen the request, ask relevant questions, and produce a relevant reply. Depending on the service configuration, messages may be processed by Anthropic or OpenAI to generate that reply. If an AI service is unavailable, the guide may continue with a structured question flow.

A copy of the conversation and its structured project context is stored in your browser with a 24-hour expiry so the conversation can continue. The site removes an expired copy when the guide is next opened; resetting the project conversation removes it immediately. Input that the interface identifies as credentials or contact data is not added to that browser copy. Do not submit passwords, credentials, private keys, or sensitive personal data.

Contact details and email follow-up

You can share contact details after the guide has collected enough project context, or choose the direct enquiry option and add your own short project note at any time. When you explicitly consent to follow-up, Resend processes an email containing the contact details and either the structured project summary or your direct project note for Wolsten Studios. The raw chat transcript is not included in that email.

Analytics and cookies

The website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use its pages and move through the site, but only if you agree. Google Analytics does not load until you accept analytics on the consent banner, and rejecting is as easy as accepting.

If you accept, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and process online identifiers, device and browser information, and website usage events. Analytics information is used for website measurement and is not included in a project enquiry or project email.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Abuse prevention

To protect the project guide and enquiry service from misuse, the website derives a pseudonymous request identifier from network request information. It is used to apply request limits and is not included in the project email.

People we contact about our services

Wolsten Studios contacts people at firms where our work is likely to be relevant, mainly law firms, surveying firms and accountancy practices. If we have written to you or called you, this is how we handle your details.

Until September 2026, our prospecting also covered utilities and field operations contractors. If we hold your details from that time, this notice applies to them in the same way, including the six-month deletion commitment below.

We hold your name, job title, employer, work email address and work phone number, information from your public professional profile, and a short note of when and how we have been in touch. We find it in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, Companies House, professional registers and trade press. We choose whom to contact from public professional information, such as a change of role or a firm's work in our sectors.

We rely on legitimate interests: telling businesses about services relevant to their work. We limit that to people in relevant roles, at work contact details, and we stop when asked. Your details are held in our email and business software and are not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.

If you do not reply, we delete your details within six months of our last contact. If you ask us to stop, we keep only what we need to make sure we do not contact you again.

You can object at any time, and we will stop contacting you: reply “no” to any message, or email hello@wolstenstudios.com. You can also ask to see, correct or delete what we hold. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

To ask how enquiry information has been used, or to request that Wolsten Studios reviews, corrects, or deletes information associated with an enquiry, email hello@wolstenstudios.com. Avoid including passwords or other sensitive information in the first message.
